The Vocalink bid team will engage the audience in an interactive and educational session modeled on the ‘Who Wants To Be a Millionaire’ gameshow, where questions/answers are focused on how we identified and bridged stakeholder gaps.
This is the story of how the team established a collaborative and team building culture, whilst going through internal restructures and acquisition of the company by Mastercard, successfully shifting from a chaotic admin function to a valuable asset to all stakeholders.
Whilst the team has not completely bridged all gaps, it is actively engaged in activities to improve the business development process through the development of leading-edge tools, techniques, process automation, and ongoing learning and development
The team’s message is targeted at any bid team going through structural/organisational changes, and want to change the perception of their teams as an administrative function to one that is collaborative and valued for its commercial awareness
