Governance
At APMP UK, strong governance is at the heart of how we operate as a not-for-profit organisation. Our Chapter is led by a dedicated team of volunteers who form the Chapter Board, responsible for delivering value to our members through events, professional development, and community engagement. These individuals generously give their time and expertise to support the growth of the proposal and bid management profession across the UK and set the strategy for how APMP UK will achieve this. Their work is guided by a shared commitment to serve our members and uphold the values of APMP globally.

Supporting this work is our separate APMP UK Board of Directors, whose names are listed on Companies House. This Board ensures that all strategic and financial decisions are made with appropriate oversight and transparency. Their role is to safeguard the long-term sustainability of the Chapter by overseeing budgets, approving major initiatives, and ensuring compliance with our not-for-profit obligations. For our members, this governance structure provides confidence that the organisation is being run ethically, responsibly, and always in the best interest of the professional community it serves.
