Supporting our members when it matters most

Built around our strategic framework: Reach. Elevate. Nurture.Life and work don’t always go to plan, but your professional development shouldn’t have to stop because of it.

The APMP UK Member Support Fund offers financial assistance to help members stay connected to the community and continue developing their skills, including APMP membership and certification, and access to APMP UK events such as BIDx® Roadshows and BIDx® The Big One (TBO).

About the Fund

The Member Support Fund has been created to provide practical, timely support to members who may need a helping hand to continue their professional journey.Whether you’re facing a temporary change in circumstances or need support to access key APMP UK events and development opportunities, the fund is here to ensure you remain connected, supported, and able to progress.

What Support Covers

Funding is designed to help members access opportunities, including:

APMP membership fees

Training and professional development

APMP Certification costs

Attendance at BIDx Roadshows

Attendance at BIDx The Big One (TBO)

Other APMP UK events and relevant professional development opportunities

Who Can Apply

Applications are open to:

APMP UK affiliated members

With a minimum of two years’ good standing

This ensures the fund supports those with an established connection to the APMP UK community.

How It Works

The process

Applications are submitted during defined funding windows

Applications are scored against defined criteria to ensure a fair and consistent approach

Awards are made based on this scoring and the overall funding available

Part awards may be offered, meaning you may receive a contribution towards your request rather than the full amount

Applicants will be notified after the review period.

Note:

Priority may be given to:

Early-career professionals and apprentices

Freelancers and sole practitioners

Members experiencing financial or access barriers

Under-represented groups within the profession

Members without employer-funded development support
