Kate has four years’ bidding experience in her role as Proposal Manager at Lex Autolease, which is part of the Transport division of Lloyds Banking Group.
She is Practitioner and Capture Practitioner certified, and as well as holding an undergraduate degree in Marketing, she also holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management.
She describes herself as a passionate connector of people and ideas, who loves to make great things happen. Her approach is not just about achieving excellence but doing so by infusing fun and energy.
