Bio
David is a senior bid professional working in the research & development arena, actively supporting innovative organisations secure R&D funding and contracts from a wide range of UK and international government bodies, and charitable organisations.
He is the Founder and 2025 Chair of APMP UK’s Research and Development Interest Community (RADIC), supporting the development and furthering the interests of Research & Development bid and work winning professionals.
Originally starting his bid career within the defence sector, David has successfully led proposals and consortiums across numerous sectors including space, digital, health, agritech, manufacturing, and smart cities.
Whilst David has lost count of the combined value of all the contracts he has helped to secure, what matters more to him is the impact he has help achieve for the UK and its population.
A longstanding APMP UK member, David holds both the Bid, and Capture Practitioner certifications.
